Aitchison Fine Art Advisory provides accredited, qualified appraisals for fine art collections in the San Francisco Bay Area and nationwide. All appraisal reports are fully USPAP compliant legal documents prepared by an Accredited Appraiser.

Art Advisory Services are also provided, including Agent Representation for facilitation of high-end artwork sales.

Ethical and Unbiased

All appraisals consist of a thorough onsite inspection and extensive market research with objective analysis culminating in an ethical and confidential report that annotates and supports its valuation conclusion. To provide an unbiased opinion of value, Aitchison Fine Art Advisory will not engage in any brokering of artwork appraised.

Art Advisory Services do not include appraisal reports and have a separate contract agreement.
